Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused, and in original
packaging.

Returns: Customer is responsible for the charges of the return

Exchanges: Free exchanges for different sizes or colors. Follow return instructions and
indicate exchange preference.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, personalized items, and final sale items.
Non-Returnable Items:

Custom Orders: Items made to order according to specific customer requirements, such
as custom upholstery fabrics or furniture dimensions.

Personalized Items: Products that have been customized with personal details,

Final Sale Items: Products sold as part of clearance events or final markdowns that are explicitly marked as final sale on the product page.
Refund Timeline: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after receipt, to the original
payment method.
