At FREEMO, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below.

Eligibility

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In their original condition
  • In the original packaging

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

10% – 15% Handling fee will be charged.

Returns

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item received is incorrect or defective.

Goods may only be returned within 7 days with original invoice and in their original condition.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors where applicable on the same product.

To request an exchange, please follow the return instructions and clearly indicate that you would like an exchange instead of a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Custom Orders
Products made according to specific customer requirements such as custom upholstery fabrics, foam cuts, or furniture dimensions.

Personalized Items
Products that have been customized with personal details or specifications.

Final Sale Items
Items sold as part of clearance promotions or marked as Final Sale on the product page.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refund Timeline

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used at checkout.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
