WHAT IS SPUNBOND?
Spunbond is a nonwoven fabric made from 100% pure polypropylene. Polypropylene pellets are melted and extruded into fibres called ‘filaments’ which in turn are laid and bonded to form a spunbond fabric. The process allows for a consistent and endless web of unique technology used in its fabrication allows for equal strength in both machine and cross direction of the fabric.
NON WOVEN SPUNBOUND
FM Spunbound is non-woven polypropylene (PP) spunbound is manufactured to the highest local and international standards. Our facility is capable of outputs of 12 tons of high-quality spunbound per day ranging from 10GSM to 150GSM, in a variety of colors. We are also able to supply our spunbound product in both the “standard flat pattern” as well as in a unique embossed pattern.
